Hannah is a medical doctor, interested in how our lifestyle, particularly our diet, impacts our risk and burden of disease. She is also a first-generation farmer with her husband in Yorkshire. They converted their land to organic production and now produce organic milling cereals. Combining her two interests, over the last 18 months she has been researching the link between different farming practices and the nutrient density of food, and how this can impact public health. Hannah is passionate about producing and increasing access to local, nutritious food.
