Travel

York station is very accessible and there are 2 bus routes that run direct to the university (66 and 67). The buses also stop near Hotel Indigo

Accessibility

We will put on a minibus from hotel Indigo to the meeting venue on campus for those unable to use public transport, please let us know if you require a seat on the bus so we can allocate the correct size minibus


Board Game Breakfast

For those traveling on Sunday we are hosting a board game networking breakfast at the Stem Centre (Franklin House accommodation). We will have board games developed by the consortia to play and it will be a chance to network before the meeting commences.

Please RSVP to attend so we can manage numbers and catering


Posters

Posters will be on show throughout the meeting and there will also be a prize for the best poster. Please use posters as an opportunity to provide an update for your program. More details to follow

Where is the meeting taking place?Spring Lane Building, University of York (West campus)
Is there a limit to the number of people from each research program?We have an overall limit of 180 people and would like every program to be represented. We do not currently have any limits per program but if you plan to bring more than 12 people including stakeholders, please let us know before booking.
Can you print posters on site?No, due to the timing of the meeting our print shop will close in December. Please bring your posters with you to registration
